Inspired by the Stars, Crafted in Stellenbosch
Stellekaya names its wines after constellations, and Cygnus—the swan—is one of the most recognizable in the night sky. That sense of place and storytelling carries through into the glass.
Produced in Stellenbosch, South Africa, this rosé is made from 100% Sangiovese, grown in decomposed granite soils under cool-climate conditions. The result is a wine that feels both polished and vibrant—easy to drink, but far from simple.
Cygnus Rosé opens with lively aromatics of summer berries, musk rose, and passionfruit, layered with notes of yellow peach and a subtle hint of white pepper. On the palate, it’s clean, fruit-forward, and balanced, with bright acidity that keeps it refreshing and food-friendly. This is a rosé designed to move—equally suited for by the glass programs, seafood forwards menus, and patio/ seasonal features.It pairs especially well with fresh seafood like prawns, salmon, and oysters, making it a natural fit for coastal accounts.
Hand-harvested and carefully handled, the wine is produced using a combination of crushed and whole-bunch pressed grapes, followed by cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. That process preserves freshness and purity—delivering a rosé that stays bright from first pour to last.

Stellekaya is a boutique, family-driven winery rooted in Stellenbosch, known for hands-on winemaking and a strong connection to both land and story. Each wine reflects a balance of tradition and modern expression, with a focus on quality over volume.
Founder Jane Lello recently visited our market in February, continuing her commitment to building relationships with accounts and sharing the story behind her wines. She visits the area annually—bringing a personal touch that resonates with both staff and customers.

Winemaker Rozé Kruger brings a hands-on, vineyard-to-cellar approach to Stellekaya, working closely with the fruit at every stage to ensure quality and expression. With experience at leading South African estates and abroad, she combines technical skill with a deep respect for the vineyard, believing great wine starts with a strong connection to the land. Backed by owner Jane Lello—whose vision and marketing drive have helped grow the brand internationally—Stellekaya continues to produce wines that reflect both place and personality.
